The Process
STEP 1 Schedule a Visit
We'll schedule a meeting with you at our studio. During this appointment, we'll examine your pins or sources of inspiration. We'll discuss various styles, cardstock options, embellishments, printing techniques, and more. Typically, we can provide you with a price estimate during the meeting.
STEP 2 Design, details & deposit
After you make the decision to proceed, we'll assist you in navigating the appropriate etiquette and selecting additional details you may wish to incorporate. You'll have the opportunity to select your preferred fonts. A 50% deposit will be necessary upon placing your order.
STEP 3 Aproval, printing & production
You'll receive PDF files via email for text review and proofing purposes. Two rounds of revisions are included at no extra charge. Upon your approval of the typesetting, we'll either mail or provide you with a complete physical sample for your final approval, which you get to keep!
STEP 4 Authorization & assembly
Upon receiving your final proof/sample invitation, you'll also be provided with a proof approval form. Once we receive your signed authorization, we'll proceed with printing and assembly. The timeframe for completion, ranging from 2 to 5 weeks, will depend on factors such as style, quantity, and printing method. Rush service is available for an additional fee.
STEP 5 All done!
Upon completion of your order, we'll send you an email containing your final invoice, indicating any outstanding balance. You have the option to collect your invitations from our studio or request shipment to your address, with an additional charge applicable for shipping.
STEP 6 We make it easy for you
We provide a digital envelope addressing service as well as a comprehensive mail service, which encompasses stuffing, stamping, sealing, delivery to the post office, and hand-cancelling of the postage. Feel free to inquire about any additional charges associated with these services.
